YOU AND PARSETT AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PARSETT WEBSITE MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
